 By signing up to the Virtual Pose Library you are agreeing to the terms of the CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT below.

Virtual Pose Library CONTENT LICENSE AGREEMENT 

This Agreement governs the terms by which members of OOAK DOLL ART obtain the right to use photographic, illustrations, animations, video, footage, and other media content provided by members of the OOAK DOLL ART administrators and site owners through the web site located at http://www.ooakdollart.com (the “Site”). This Content License Agreement is in addition to the Terms of Use applicable to the Site and to the Membership Agreement that all persons downloading content from the Site.

Standard License Terms 

*"The Content" means any images or files you use, view or download from the Virtual Pose Library on OOAK DOLL ART.com.
 

We hereby grant to you a perpetual, non-exclusive, nontransferable license to use the Content for the Permitted Uses (as defined below). Unless the activity or use is a Permitted Use, you cannot do it. All other rights in and to the Content, including, without limitation, all copyright and other intellectual property rights relating to the Content, are retained by OOAK DOLL ART or the supplier of the Content, as the case may be.

Permitted Standard License Uses:

You may only use the Content for PERSONAL USE and other specified purposes which are Permitted Uses (as defined below). For clarity, you may not use the Content in products for resale, license or other distribution. For example, you cannot superficially modify the Content, print it on a T-shirt, mug, poster, template or other item, and sell it to others for consumption, reproduction or resale. If there is any doubt as to specifics of Personal Use that is not listed here, you should  contact OOAK DOLL ART administrators (Elsie Roach) for guidance. Any use of the Content that is not a Permitted Use shall constitute infringement of copyright. 

Only you are permitted to use the content in the Virtual Pose Library, although you may print the images for reference. You may install and use the Content in only one location at a time, although you are entitled to utilize the Content an unlimited number of times. You may physically transfer the Content and its archives from one location to another, in which case you may use the Content at the new location instead (in other words, don't make copies and install them on your work computer, public library computer, school computer or any other machine that you do not have full ownership rights to). You may make one (1) copy of the Content solely for back-up purposes. 

Permitted Uses. The following are “Permitted Uses” of Content:

1. Images can be used as references for a sculpting or artistic aide 

2. images can be put into your photo editing program in order to resize, zoom in, print or make a collage  

3. images may be downloaded and stored onto your local machine for quick reference or backup purposes 

4. images may be altered FOR YOUR OWN USE in your photo editing program (I.E. changing skin tone, eye color etc.) 

Restricted Uses. The following are “Restricted Uses” of Content:

1. "Derivative works" are not allowed if they are intended for any type of resale or are to be distributed in any way shape or form (this includes 'PSP tubes') 

2. Images can't be traded, published, uploaded or distributed in any public or private forums, message boards or any other public or private setting where images can be obtained by the public and possibly redistributed. 

3. images may not be made public in any way whether it be any type of website or print

 4. images may not be used to make "tubes" which can be redistributed or traded in public forums

 5. images may not be burned to a CD or DVD and resold (I.E. eBay or other auction sites, art sites, digital 3D art communities)

 6. images may not be used to make your own Pose Gallery on your own website, any other website or joint venture.

 IF YOU ARE NOT SURE, ASK RATHER THAN END UP IN A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT SITUATION.
